Support for members on placements

We are aware that many members are on placements supporting other business areas and we need to ensure that they are fully supported by our Reps during this period when they may be getting used to both new process and procedures as well as new systems and new ways of working.
Our Reps are here to help – with process related queries, placement related queries or general issues and if they can’t help they will pass you over to one of our Cases Officers to see if they can assist.
