The Joint Consultation and Negotiation Committee received presentations from a number of guests.
Sam Haysom (SH) and Graeme Burns (GB) provided an update on the Strengthening Individual Accountability regulatory changes, providing context, impact to employees and the anticipated scope of the changes to HR policies and processes.
The JCNC continued to discuss requests from the NGSU regarding the Recognising Loyalty and Personal Accident policies.
Jenny Groves (JG), David Dunbar and Lucy Westbrook joined the meeting to update the JCNC on Workplace Transformation activity, providing an overview of the various refurbishment programmes and support provided to encourage teams to work dynamically. JG will return to a future meeting to explain plans for admin centres outside of Swindon.
A number of actions were agreed. The next JCNC will take place on 3 November 2015.
