The Joint Consultation and Negotiation Committee received presentations from a number of guests.
Gill Hill and Rachel Gwynne provided an update on the new performance management system Fusion Talent and will return to September’s JCNC to provide a demonstration of the new system.
Ian Baines provided the quarterly update on pensions, covering feedback to recent communications on the changes to the Nationwide Group Personal Pension scheme and further planned communications over the Summer to promote understanding of the pension arrangements and changes.
Denise Lifford joined for a discussion on the ongoing work of the Exit team which aims to gain insights from employees who are leaving the organisation to identify and take appropriate actions and make improvements.
Tracy Conwell provided an update on Wellbeing agenda and planned initiatives to highlight the support available for employees.
A number of actions were agreed. The next JCNC will take place on 8 September 2015.
