The Joint Consultation and Negotiation Committee received presentations from a number of guests.
Lucy Hobson presented an overview of work to enhance the existing new starter on-boarding site which was designed to support new employees. It was agreed to provide information on the NGSU as part of this site.
Sarah Slarke provided an update on the People Proposition and plans to bring this to life for employees.
Tina Sherrington returned to JCNC to provide a summary of work being carried out by the Employee Welfare Group and it was agreed to seek feedback from the NGSU as part of a review of existing trauma guides.
The JCNC discussed and agreed changes to support the oversight of the Employee Involvement Committee.
A number of actions were agreed. The next JCNC will take place on 7 July 2015.
