The Joint Consultation and Negotiation Committee received presentations from a number of guests.

Jo Christie and Kate Munro presented an overview of the new Emerging Talent Programme covering graduates, apprentices, interns and work experience students.

Gill Hill, Olivia Dover and Rachel Gwynne (RG) joined the JCNC to provide an overview of the next phase of the HR Transformation programme which will bring improvements to the performance management and talent systems capabilities. RG provided an overview of indicative annual performance rating distribution ahead of the update on actual ratings in May.

Rosemary Crabb provided an update on the review of recognising loyalty awards and the 2016 youchoose offering.

Regular updates were provided by Stephanie Tapner on redeployment, exit and on-boarding activities; Mandy Cameron on the Rewards agenda and Amanda Rice on the proposed activities to develop the Culture and Inclusion strategy.

A number of actions were agreed. The next JCNC will take place on 12 May 2015.
