MEETING HELD: 3 February 2015

MINUTES: Yasmin Leonard (Employee Relations Adviser)
The Joint Consultation and Negotiation Committee received presentations from a number of guests.
Stephanie Tapner talked through achievements of the new Redeployment and Exit team within HR and their areas of future focus.
Neil Lewis provided his regular update on the ongoing HR Systems transformation programme, outlining future enhancements and timeframes.
James Domm and Gary Thomas returned to provide their regular update on company cars.
The NGSU requested that the Society review the current policy regarding a continuous two week holiday.
The JCNC continued to discuss a review of the process for appealing end of year performance ratings.
A number of actions were agreed. The next JCNC will take place on 3 March 2015.
