Congress 2020 is going ahead – and every trade unionist is invited to join it online.
On the mornings of Monday 14 and Tuesday 15 September, trade union members from across the UK will discuss the huge impact of coronavirus on working lives including safety at work; inequality; unemployment; protecting jobs; how to ensure working people don’t pay the price of the pandemic; the trade union movement’s place in the fight for equality for Black workers; and the struggle for justice around the world. Every debate will be led by frontline workers, speaking alongside union leaders from across the movement, including Keir Starmer, the leader of the opposition, and TUC General Secretary Frances O’Grady, who will set out the challenge facing the labour and trade union movement.
In the afternoons, there will be a fantastic range of fringe meetings and seminars. Join the debate on the key issues for the trade union movement.
