Government’s announcement on changes to “Shielding”

On 31st May, the Government announced that people in England who have been classified as Clinically Extremely Vulnerable, and who are therefore “Shielding”, may leave the house, and may meet 1 person from outside their household, so long as social distancing measures are strictly adhered to. The Government was clear that this does not mean that people in this category are able to return to their normal workplace.
