A number of proposed policy changes were discussed and the JCNC received presentations from a number of guests.
Natasha Guise and Kerry Farmer returned to JCNC to provide the monthly overview of the highlights from the May People Metrics pack and looked in further detail at Branch Holiday carried forward (non-identifiable data).
Ian Baines provided the quarterly updates on the Nationwide Pension Fund and Group Personal Pension.
George Fisher presented an update on EmployeeCare. From the 1st July 2019 the EmployeeCare provider is changing from Validium to Health Assured. The new provider will offer a more enhanced service with a Wellbeing portal, Health E-Hub Mobile App and a brand new telephone number.
The JCNC noted the monthly the ER Plan.
A number of actions were agreed with regards to the above and progress on union motions discussed.
Actions were closed in respect of Security Engagement Strategy, grievance and Branch resourcing MI, overview of NGSU performance management session and exit management data for the Branch Network.
The next JCNC will take place on 11 July 2019.
